Citi is seeking an Applications Support Tech Lead Analyst (VP) in Irving, TX, hybrid role. You will partner with multiple technology teams to ensure seamless integration, analyze complex systems, and define enhancements.

You will own incident management, guide colleagues, and drive risk-aware technical decisions. The role demands hands-on Unix scripting, Oracle DB queries, scheduling with Autosys, and proficiency in monitoring tools and container platforms.

Qualifications

6+ years in Application Support roles or similar.
Hands-on Unix and shell scripting to automate tasks and diagnose issues.
Experience with Oracle databases and ability to run queries.
Proficiency with job scheduling (Autosys or equivalent).
Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Geneos, AppDynamics, ELK, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
Incident management via ServiceNow or Jira; strong ticket-quality discipline.
Familiarity with container orchestration (OpenShift or ECS).
Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration under pressure.

Responsibilities

Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure integration of functions and define system enhancements.
Analyze existing system logic, identify problems, and implement solutions.
Provide expert guidance in apps support and contribute to strategic decisions.
Document requirements and assess risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues.
