Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Providence, RI. The role manages full-cycle AP for multiple manufacturing locations in a high-volume setting. 2-4+ years of AP experience preferred; ERP experience with Oracle NetSuite, GlobalShop, or SAP S/4 Hana is a plus.

The contract position offers a hybrid work model (onsite 4 days, remote 1 day) with a $30-$36/hour pay rate. The successful candidate will review, code, and enter invoices, process payments, reconcile

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• ERP systems experience (Oracle NetSuite, GlobalShop, SAP S/4 Hana, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable for multiple locations.
• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices; match to PO and receiving docs; resolve discrepancies.
• Process non-PO invoices, employee expense reimbursements, and other AP transactions per policy.
• Prepare and process vendor payments via ACH, wire, and check; ensure timely payments.
