• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle AP, invoice processing, purchase orders, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems; Global Shop is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Accounts receivable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Perform purchase order matching and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with accrual reconciliations and outstanding accounting items.
• Address vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
• Support accounts payable activities across multiple business locations.
• Collaborate with accounting team members to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Maintain vendor records and supporting financial documentation.
