Competenze

• Proficiency in full-cycle AP, PO matching, and reconciliations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Global Shop a plus

Mansioni

• Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate accounts payable records
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Assist with accrual reconciliations and outstanding accounting items
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances
• Support accounts payable operations across multiple business locations
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Maintain vendor records and organized financial documentation
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with additional accounting tasks as needed
