Daley And Associates, LLC. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a consumer goods company in Cranston, RI. The role is a 3-5 month temp with potential extension, paying $30.00–$36.00 per hour in a 40-hour week, on-site four days weekly, starting November 16, 2026.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounts payable experience, including high-volume invoicing, supplier set-ups, and check/wire processing. Manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong Excel and Word skills for coding and invoicing.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process a high volume of invoices.
• Maintain invoice cycle time accuracy goals.
• Code invoices to General Ledger and enter for payment.
• Work with suppliers to resolve account discrepancies and payment issues.
• Prepare weekly payments (ACH/check/wire).
• Process ACH/check/wire requests.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and payment issues.
• Assist with month-end closing.
