Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with full-cycle AP processing in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of ACH, wire, and check payment processing.
• Costpoint experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle accounts payable transactions, averaging approximately 100 invoices per week.
• Monitor and manage the AP inbox, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Partner with Procurement to ensure accurate invoice matching and approval workflows.
• Process and coordinate vendor payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
• Maintain accurate AP records and support month-end activities as needed.
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested
