Job summary

Quest Financial in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Full-Cycle Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the complete AP process from invoice receipt to payment, reconciliation, and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume AP, proficiency with Sage 100 or similar ERP, and comfort with invoice automation platforms such as Esker or JobPro. This is a direct-hire, hybrid role with on-site days.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment.
• Experience with PO and non-PO invoices.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and invoice automation software.
• Adept at month-end close and AP aging.

Responsibilities

• Manage full AP cycle from receipt to payment and reconciliation.
• Review invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and approvals.
• Process PO and non-PO invoices within established deadlines.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions.
• Prepare vendor payments via ACH or check.
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with vendor setup, 1099 reporting, and audits.
• Maintain documentation and assist with month-end close.
