DXC Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Annuity Analyst - Death Claims to support a key financial services account. You will process death claims with accuracy and empathy, coordinating with internal teams and external contacts to ensure compliance and timely service.

The role emphasizes strong documentation, customer service, and the ability to adapt to evolving processes within a hybrid work model. Prior experience in annuity processing is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in insurance operations, annuity processing, or related areas.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and MS Teams.
• Excellent written communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail with a client-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process annuity death claims accurately in accordance with internal procedures and compliance requirements.
• Communicate professionally with agents, beneficiaries, and internal teams to resolve questions or provide claim status updates.
• Ensure timely execution of transactions, in line with internal standards and regulatory timelines.
• Identify and escalate any suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.
• Provide exceptional customer service via written correspondence and verbal communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all claim activities and decisions.
