Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is the minimum requirement.
• 2+ years of individual life insurance experience.
• 2+ years of death claims full cycle processing experience.
• Working knowledge of life insurance products, policies and guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Teams.
• Strong typing and documentation skills.
• Empathy and strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent multitasking and ability to navigate multiple DXC systems.

Responsibilities

• Process death claim transactions by communicating with agents, beneficiaries and departments.
• Learn new payment or other processes as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely handling of policies.
• Process transactions within client financial guidelines.
• Identify potential fraud or unethical requests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Provide elite customer service via letters or phone.
• Continuously seek process improvements to enhance customer experience.
