Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI transformation initiatives, partnering with clients to design and deploy AI-native solutions across user experiences, workflows, and governance. You will drive AI strategy, work with the AI&D team, and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver tangible business outcomes.

The role emphasizes engagement leadership, solution delivery, and pre‑sales support, with a focus on high‑impact projects across diverse client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline
• Typically 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist
• 2–5 years experience with Moveworks platform selling or implementing
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (NOW Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower)
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI projects, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore resources
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services
• Guide and apply industry best practices for ServiceNow AI capabilities (NOW Assist, Moveworks, AI Control Tower)
• Configure and integrate Moveworks for automated ticket resolution and user experiences
