Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI-enabled transformation programs. You will spearhead ServiceNow AI projects, collaborate with EY’s AI & Data team, and deliver end-to-end AI strategies addressing complex business challenges.

Travel may be required to serve external clients. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, mentor resources, and drive design, deployment, and governance of AI-powered workflows across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience and NOW Assist exposure.
• Experience with Moveworks platform selling or implementing is preferred.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Excellent communication, leadership and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI project delivery including design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Manage cross-functional teams, mentor 5–10+ resources including offshore staff, and guide client sessions.
• Drive pre-sales, proposals and estimates, and ensure high-quality deliverables and artifacts.
