Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in AI-driven engagements, shaping strategy and delivering end-to-end AI solutions. You will collaborate with clients to enable AI-native processes on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging NOW Assist, Moveworks, and AI governance frameworks.

You’ll manage cross-functional teams, mentor 5-10+ resources, and contribute to pre-sales efforts while fostering strong client relationships in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 2-5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• 2-5 years experience with Moveworks platform selling and/or implementing.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Executive communication and relationship-building skills; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of ServiceNow AI project delivery (design, configuration/development, testing, deployment).
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources including offshore personnel.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
• Lead the build and deployment of AI-native solutions in collaboration with EY AI & Data teams.
• Develop and deliver end-to-end AI strategies addressing business challenges and growth opportunities.
• Lead pre-sales efforts including proposals and estimates.
