Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI-enabled transformations for clients. You will spearhead AI-focused ServiceNow projects, guide design and development, and mentor cross-functional teams across offshore and onshore resources.

You will collaborate with EY’s AI & Data teams to define end-to-end AI strategies, govern AI solutions, and ensure successful delivery in complex environments. The role requires strong client communication and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Typically 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• Experience with Moveworks platform, selling and/or implementing.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI project delivery including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Manage client engagements and workstreams from planning through closure.
• Guide multi-disciplinary teams (5–10+ resources) including offshore members.
• Drive pre-sales activities, proposals and estimates.
