Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years ServiceNow experience with NOW Assist.
• Experience with Moveworks platform and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI project delivery including design, config/development, testing and deployment.
• Manage 5–10+ resources including offshore team members.
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
