Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Transformation Manager to lead AI-driven solutions and govern the delivery of innovative platform capabilities. You will spearhead AI-enabled transformation across user experience, workflows, and governance while collaborating with clients to unlock growth opportunities.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, engage in pre-sales, and manage engagements across planning, design, development, testing, and deployment—often in a hybrid client-serving model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, ISM, Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years ServiceNow experience, 1 year NOW Assist.
• Experience with Moveworks platform in selling or implementing.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead build and deployment of AI-native ServiceNow solutions.
• Engage with clients, guiding workstreams from planning to closure.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams including offshore resources.
• Ensure quality, risk management, and client satisfaction.
