Job summary

TEKsystems in Atlanta, GA, seeks an Operational AI - Support Engineer to provide hybrid support to thousands of engineers and business users across our AI platforms. You will triage ServiceNOW tickets, troubleshoot OAuth/SSO and connector issues, and escalate defects to engineering teams when automation fails.

The role emphasizes strong collaboration, rapid learning, and professional communication. A contract position based in the Atlanta area with hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years' equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Triaging and resolving ServiceNOW tickets for Forge and AWS Quick Suite.
• Troubleshooting access and connector issues (OAuth, SSO, and integrations such as Teams, Outlook, and Snowflake).
• Escalating platform-service defects to AWS or internal engineering teams when automation fails.
• Ensuring documentation and knowledge bases are updated.
• Participating in best practices and process improvements.
• Onboarding new users by provisioning access and documenting known issues.
• Analyzing current support processes to identify improvements.
• Demonstrating passion and flexibility in solving complex problems.
