Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, or CEH are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the technical support team.
• Serve as an escalation point for high-priority technical issues.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for customer issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams for continuous improvement.

Skills

Hands-on experience with network security products

Strong knowledge of various protocols (HTTP1.1, HTTP2)
