Job summary

NTT DATA North America is hiring a Senior AI DevOps Engineer in a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA. You will design and deliver AI-enabled CI/CD pipelines, MCP integrations, and secure IaC automation to support scalable software delivery across cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with Platform Engineering, Security, SRE, and AI teams to implement reliable, observable, and automated operations while advancing AI-enabled workflows and tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud or Infra Automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize AI-enabled CI/CD pipelines for faster delivery.
• Develop MCP clients/servers to connect enterprise LLMs with tooling and cloud infra.
• Create MCP services using Python/TypeScript/JavaScript/Node.js for infra/data exposure.
• Integrate LLM-powered workflows for code reviews, testing, security, and release validation.
• Build enterprise CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI or ArgoCD.
• Implement AI-driven ChatOps to interact with pipelines and cloud tools securely.
• Design remediation workflows for incident detection, root cause analysis and logs.
• Develop IaC automation with Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi, Terragrunt, CloudFormation.
• Deploy and manage containerized apps with Kubernetes and Docker on multiple clouds.
• Build observability using Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Splunk, Dynatrace.
• Implement security guardrails: RBAC, least privilege, audit logs, approvals.
