Job summary

Accordion is seeking an AI Support Analyst to ensure smooth AI tool operation, assist with adoption, and resolve user issues. You’ll bridge technical helpdesk duties with enablement initiatives, working closely with AI readiness and training teams in a hybrid US-based role.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in IT or AI tool management, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and experience with Power BI/SQL. Remote work up to two days weekly is available.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in IT support, systems administration, or AI/automation tool management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI tools (Claude, CoPilot, Glean, ChatGPT, Zoom AI).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or other reporting tools.
• Python proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• AI Support & Troubleshooting: act as helpdesk escalation point for AI issues; troubleshoot incidents; maintain documentation; monitor AI system health.
