Job summary

Safe-Guard Products International in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our hybrid team. You will serve as a technical resource, diagnose and resolve complex application issues, and collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to keep enterprise applications running smoothly.

You will help the team adopt AI-assisted tools to increase efficiency. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in CS/IT, 4–6 years in application support, strong SQL skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent).
• 4–6 years of experience in application support and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Solid understanding of enterprise software, system architecture, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency with SQL databases and writing complex queries.
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools used for diagnostics and triage.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical point of escalation for complex application issues and drive resolutions.
• Share knowledge and best practices with junior and mid-level analysts.
• Collaborate with development and product teams on system design discussions.
• Investigate, replicate, and document incidents including root cause analysis.
• Maintain and improve ticketing, escalation, and knowledge-management processes.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve diagnostic speed and quality.
• Test and validate new software releases and patches prior to deployment.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and identify automation opportunities.
