The role blends engineering experience with coaching, develops demos and training materials, and fosters communities of practice to grow AI literacy and adoption safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in software development, quality assurance, business analysis and/or coaching.
• Experience programming in C#, Java, Golang, C++, JavaScript, Python or Swift.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex topics to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven coaching experience in regulated environments guiding technology adoption.
• Demonstrated experience with AI principles and software engineering methods.
• Willing to travel up to 25% for meetings, training or engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes, utilities, and tools to facilitate AI adoption in development teams.
• Assess AI literacy, identify gaps, and craft customized coaching for each unit.
• Create outcome-focused learning paths including courses, microbursts, and on-the-job experiences.
• Foster a continuous learning culture through microlearning, coaching, and communities of practice.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
