Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking an AI Adoption Coach to accelerate the integration of AI across our software development teams. You will assess AI literacy, identify skills gaps, and deliver coaching that improves the software development lifecycle, code quality, and productivity.

The role blends practical engineering experience with coaching, developing demos and training materials, and leading workshops. Travel up to 25% to attend internal meetings and client engagements as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years combined experience in software development, QA, business analysis or coaching.
Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex topics to diverse stakeholders.
Experience coaching in highly regulated environments to guide adoption of new technologies.
Demonstrated experience with AI principles and software engineering methodologies.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for meetings, training and client engagements.

Responsibilities

Develop prototypes and tools to facilitate AI adoption across software teams.
Identify skill gaps and design tailored coaching in partnership with business and IT stakeholders.
Create outcome-focused learning paths including formal courses, microlearning, and on-the-job experiences.
Foster a continuous learning culture through coaching and communities of practice.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
