Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Adoption Coach to accelerate AI integration across software teams. You'll assess AI literacy, identify skill gaps, and deliver tailored coaching that improves development cycles, product quality, and cost efficiency while keeping security and compliance at the forefront.

In a hybrid role, you’ll travel up to 25% to meet stakeholders at offices nationwide, develop demos and training materials, and foster communities of practice that

Qualifications

• 6+ years combined experience in software development, QA, business analysis, or coaching.
• Proven ability to clearly communicate complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coaching in regulated environments and AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes and tools to facilitate AI adoption.
• Identify skill gaps and tailor learning solutions with stakeholders.
• Create outcome-focused learning pathways including formal courses and microlearning.
• Foster continuous learning through coaching and communities of practice.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
