Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking an AI Adoption Coach to accelerate AI integration across software development teams. You will assess AI literacy, identify skill gaps, and deliver tailored coaching, demos, and training materials to improve productivity and code quality while reducing costs.

The role is hybrid, requiring at least one day per week in Allen, TX, with travel up to 25% and collaboration across multiple business units. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years combined experience in software development, QA, business analysis or coaching.
• Experience programming in C#, Java, Golang, C++, JavaScript, Python or Swift.
• Strong communication and ability to tailor messages to different stakeholder groups.
• Coaching experience in regulated environments to guide teams through adoption of new technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with AI principles, techniques, and methodologies in software engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for meetings, training or client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develops prototypes, utilities, and supplementary tools to facilitate AI adoption.
• Identifies and addresses skill gaps by evaluating AI literacy levels with stakeholders; creates tailored solutions.
• Creates learning paths including formal courses, microbursts, social interaction, and on-the-job experiences.
• Fosters a continuous learning culture through microlearning, coaching, and communities of practice.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
