Job summary

Jack Henry is actively seeking an Artificial Intelligence Adoption Coach to accelerate AI integration across software development teams. The role blends practical engineering with coaching to deliver demos, training materials, and workshops, while fostering communities of practice to ensure safe and effective AI use.

The position is hybrid, requiring at least 1 day per week in designated office locations and up to 25% travel for internal meetings and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years combination experience in software development, quality assurance, business analysis and/or coaching.
• Experience programming in C#, Java, Golang, C++, JavaScript, Python or Swift.
• Strong communication skills to clearly communicate complex technical topics to different stakeholder groups.
• Proven coaching experience in complex, highly regulated environments guiding teams through adoption of new technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with AI principles, techniques, and methodologies in software engineering.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% for meetings, training, and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develops prototypes, utilities, and supplementary tools to facilitate the integration and adoption of AI technologies.
• Identifies and addresses skill gaps by evaluating current AI literacy levels within development teams in partnership with business and IT stakeholders.
• Creates and develops outcome-focused learning with clear pathways including formal courses, timely microbursts, social interaction, and practical on-the-job experiences.
• Fosters a continuous learning culture through interactive microlearning, coaching, and communities of practice.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
