Qualifications

• 6 years combined experience across software development, QA, business analysis or coaching.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven coaching experience in regulated environments and with new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes, utilities and tools to enable AI adoption in software teams.
• Assess AI literacy and skill gaps across development groups with business/IT partners.
• Create outcome-focused learning pathways: formal courses, microbursts, and on-the-job experiences.
• Foster continuous learning through microlearning, coaching and communities of practice.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of AI initiatives.
