Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking an AI Adoption Coach to accelerate the integration of AI across our software development teams. You will assess current AI literacy, identify skill gaps, and deliver tailored coaching that positively impacts the software development life cycle, driving productivity and cost savings while maintaining code quality.

This hybrid role requires at least 1 day per week in designated U.S. office locations and travel up to 25% to attend meetings, training, and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years combined experience in any of the following categories: software development, quality assurance, business analysis and/or coaching.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to clearly communicate complex technical topics to different stakeholders.
• Proven coaching experience in regulated environments guiding teams through new tech adoption.
• Demonstrated experience with AI principles, techniques, and methodologies with emphasis on software engineering.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% for internal meetings, training or client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes, utilities, and tools to facilitate AI adoption across teams.
• Identify and address skill gaps by evaluating AI literacy with stakeholders and tailor solutions.
• Create outcome-focused learning with formal courses, microbursts, social learning, and on-the-job experiences.
• Foster a continuous learning culture through microlearning, coaching, and communities of practice.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
