Qualifications

• Minimum six years of combined experience in software development, QA, business analysis or coaching.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical topics for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven coaching experience in regulated environments and with new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes and tools to facilitate AI adoption across software teams.
• Assess AI literacy, identify skill gaps, and design tailored coaching solutions.
• Create outcome-focused learning pathways including courses and microlearning.
• Foster communities of practice and coach teams to integrate AI safely and effectively.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
