Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Adoption Coach to accelerate AI integration across software development teams in a hybrid role with at least one day in office locations in the United States. You will assess AI literacy, identify skill gaps, and deliver tailored coaching, demos, and training materials to improve productivity while maintaining code quality.

You’ll lead workshops, develop learning pathways, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years combined experience in software development, QA, business analysis and/or coaching.
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey complex topics to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coaching in regulated environments and with new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes, utilities, and tools to facilitate AI adoption across development teams.
• Assess AI literacy and skill gaps; design tailored coaching solutions for each business unit.
• Create outcome-focused learning with formal courses, microlearning, and hands-on experiences.
• Foster continuous learning through coaching and communities of practice.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
