Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an AI Adoption Coach to accelerate the integration of AI across software development teams.

You will assess current AI literacy, identify skill gaps, and deliver tailored coaching that positively impacts the software development life cycle. This hybrid role requires at least 1 day per week in listed office locations (including Charlotte, NC) and involves travel up to 25% to participate in meetings, trainings, and client engagements, while

Qualifications

6+ years combination experience in software development, quality assurance, business analysis and/or coaching.
Experience programming in C#, Java, Golang, C++, JavaScript, Python or Swift.
Strong communication skills with proven ability to clearly convey technical topics to varied stakeholders.
Proven experience coaching in complex, highly regulated environments to guide teams through new tech adoption.
Demonstrated experience with AI principles and software engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develops prototypes, utilities, and supplementary tools to facilitate AI adoption.
Identifies skill gaps and creates customized learning solutions for each business unit.
Creates outcome-focused learning with formal courses, microbursts, social interaction, and on-the-job experiences.
Fosters a continuous learning culture through microlearning, coaching, and communities of practice.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
