Qualifications

• 1-3 years accounts receivable experience

Responsibilities

• Record client invoices and post accounting transactions according to policies
• Maintain client monthly statements and AR aging reports
• Communicate with accounting/finance team and internal partners
• Generate invoices using multiple software tools (Blackbaud, Yardi, QuickBooks, Appfolio, Accubuild)
• Ensure accuracy and timely posting of all financial data
