Job summary

Vaco Arizona has partnered with a growing organization in Phoenix that is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to its team. This opportunity offers a hybrid schedule and a pay range of $24.00-$26.00 per hour.

In This Role, You Will: process cash receipts and apply payments, perform reconciliations, review banking activity, assist with billing, and support B2B collections and ERP/Excel data analysis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience, with strong reconciliations and cash applications.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas and PivotTables; ability to research and analyze data.
• Experience with banking transactions, account reconciliations and payment processing.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process cash receipts and apply payments to customer accounts.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Review banking activity and maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with customer billing and invoice processing as needed.
• Support B2B collections and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Partner with internal teams to investigate account issues and ensure accurate reporting.
• Utilize Excel to analyze data and maintain account records.
