Job summary

Contexture seeks an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage invoicing and ensure timely payments across departments, including interactions with external payers and agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of accounts receivable experience, including non-profit and private sectors a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly invoicing and monitor balances for timely payment.
• Contact customers with outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Post payments (ACH, checks, credit cards) to GL and perform month-end close reconciliations.
• Assist with annual financial statement audits and resolve inquiries.
