CV Resources, in partnership with a well-established law firm, seeks an AP Supervisor to lead a high-volume AP team and optimize the payment process. You will ensure accurate vendor payments, tighten controls, and partner with the accounting group on close and audits.

You’ll supervise staff, track productivity, and drive process improvements, including automation opportunities to scale the department while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• 2+ years supervising or leading an AP team.
• Background in a high-volume, deadline-driven AP environment.
• Experience with law firm vendors and payments is preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee the full invoice-to-payment cycle, including review of invoice coding and PO/receipt/invoice matching.
• Manage and approve payment runs across ACH, wire, and check.
• Act as escalation point for complex vendor and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate vendor master files and W-9/W-8 documentation.
• Prepare AP accruals and reconcile AP-related accounts during month-end and year-end close.
