Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of Accounts Payables to lead a high-volume AP function, drive continuous improvement, and ensure strong internal controls across global operations.

You will oversee vendor relationships, implement automation, and partner with Finance to support cash flow planning and reporting. A robust ERP background and SOX knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of professional experience in accounts payable or finance operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing accounts payable in a high-volume environment with global operations.
• Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite) and AP automation tools.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and applicable regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounts payable team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Define and implement the strategic vision for the AP function in alignment with financial goals.
• Supervise processing of invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements with best-practice matching.
• Oversee payment types (ACH, wire, checks, virtual cards) and global AP processes across entities.
