Talentify seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead a high-volume AP function and transform processes in a growing environment. You will build and coach a hands-on team, implementing scalable controls and automation while partnering with operations and finance across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading AP teams in high-volume, multi-entity environments.
• Strong understanding of AP operations, internal controls, and month-end close activities.
• Demonstrated success improving processes and implementing operational efficiencies.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to dive into details while maintaining strategic view.
• Experience in private equity-backed, shared services, or high-growth organizations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable in a high-volume, multi-entity environment.
• Coach and develop an AP team, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Serve as escalation point for complex vendor and payment issues.
• Drive process improvements, workflow automation, and operational efficiencies across AP.
• Partner with Accounting leadership on month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting support.
• Ensure timely invoice processing, payments, vendor maintenance, and internal controls compliance.
• Analyze AP metrics to identify trends and reduce processing inefficiencies.
• Build relationships with operational leaders and stakeholders across units.
• Support ERP optimization initiatives and future system enhancements.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests and maintain strong compliance.
