Job summary

Apex Service Partners, LLC in Ashburn, VA seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead daily AP operations within the Accounting Shared Services group. You will manage a team of Payment Processors, ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, and uphold strong internal controls.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvements, and support month-end close. Requires 3+ years in AP and proven leadership, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong AP, reconciliations, vendor management, and payment controls.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of three Payment Processors and develop their skills.
• Lead regular coaching, one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure timely, accurate vendor payments and aging management.
• Maintain AP ledger in Intacct and assist with year-end close.
• Coordinate with Stampli documentation and Positive Pay processes.
• Identify process improvements and control enhancements.
