Job summary

ReviveRX is a premier licensed pharmacy focusing on holistic wellness and personalized medicine. The Accounts Payable Associate will ensure accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices, matching to purchase orders and supporting docs, and coding expenses across GL accounts and entities.

The role supports month-end close, AP reconciliations, and audit documentation, while collaborating with purchasing, operations, and department managers to maintain strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure invoices are matched to approved purchase orders, receiving docs, and other support.
• Code expenses to GL accounts, departments, locations, projects, and entities.
• Verify invoices comply with policies and approvals before processing.
• Monitor invoice due dates to ensure timely payments.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor inquiries regarding payments and balances.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve payment/invoicing issues.
• Assist with month-end close activities, AP reconciliations, and aging reports.
• Maintain audit documentation and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process improvements.
