Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable/payable and general accounting.
• Knowledge of credit practices and collections regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills, invoices, and payments with accuracy and obtain authorization of payments.
• Verify, classify, compute, record, and post accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile account ledgers to ensure proper posting.
• Assist with internal and external audits and compliance.
• Support improvements to accounting processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, employees, and team.
