Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and respond to inquiries professionally
• Review invoices for accurate coding, supporting documentation, approvals, and accuracy
• Index and enter invoices into systems maintaining standards; process PO and non-PO invoices, EDI, check requests, travel reimbursements, patient refunds
• Process daily payment runs, review reports for errors, and coordinate with banking partners
