You will enter invoices, obtain approvals, prepare checks, reconcile vendor statements, assist with audits, and uphold all departmental policies and HIPAA/privacy requirements while delivering courteous service.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in accounting and experience with general accounting and Excel in a normal office environment.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
• General accounting/payroll and Excel experience required.

• Prepare, code, verify and pay invoices.
• Enter invoices and route for approval.
• Prepare checks and reconcile with invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Provide AP information and support audits.
• Assist with audit work papers.
• Follow department policies and procedures.
• Comply with HIPAA/privacy requirements.
