TS Conductor Corp. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoicing, approvals, and payments. This role focuses on accurate processing, vendor communications, and ensuring proper documentation and coding in a fast-paced environment.

You will support month-end close, assist with audits, and contribute to process improvements across accounts payable workflows. A hybrid work arrangement may be available, with strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred, with relevant coursework in accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and internal controls.
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing and vendor statement reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; able to work cross-functionally.

Aufgaben

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in line with policies.
• Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and documentation.
• Match invoices to POs and receiving docs.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Prepare and process various payment runs (checks, ACH, wire).
• Reconcile vendor statements and monitor aging.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing and accruals.
• Maintain confidential financial records and support audits.
