Moog seeks an organized Accounts Payable Analyst for a hybrid role based near Buffalo, NY. You will handle a high volume of AP invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure records are accurate while collaborating with buyers, vendors, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree in a related field and over two years of AP experience, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of SAP ECC/SAP S4. On-site presence in Buffalo area is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required.
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with AP in SAP ECC/SAP S4 is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve AP inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.
• Process high-volume AP invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with buyers, vendors, and other departments.
• Research and analyze payment or invoice-related issues for timely resolution.
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to address questions and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with AP policies and procedures.
• Adjust and update accounting records as necessary.
• Perform 3-way match and input invoices into the AP system.
• Execute timely and accurate payments.
• Support Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives in processes.
