Randstad USA is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join the Corporate Finance team, handling end-to-end AP tasks with hybrid/remote flexibility in the Arlington area.

Competenze

• 2 years of accounts payable experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint, Dynamics, Power BI, Cognos and FAR preferred.

Mansioni

• Verify, process, and match high-volume AP invoices.
• Prepare payments via check, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain AP records and supporting documentation.
• Support month-end close and audit prep.
