Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an AP Specialist for a well-known international media organization in the Arlington/Alexandria area. This hybrid role offers 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, with responsibility for full-cycle AP processing and collaboration with Procurement.

You will handle ~100 invoices weekly, manage the AP inbox, and coordinate payments via ACH, wires, and checks, while supporting month-end activities and ERP systems including Costpoint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AP experience.
• High-volume AP processing experience.
• Knowledge of ACH, wire, and checks.
• Costpoint experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle accounts payable transactions, averaging approximately 100 invoices per week.
• Monitor and manage the AP inbox, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Partner with Procurement to ensure accurate invoice matching and approval workflows.
• Process and coordinate vendor payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
• Maintain accurate AP records and support month-end activities as needed.
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested
