Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting data entry experience with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with Oracle Accounting Software or similar.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain vendor database, including banking, tax IDs for US.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and addresses vendor inquiries.
• Investigate receipt discrepancies and respond to client inquiries.
• Run and compile weekly AP aging reports.
• Run AR deferred revenue report for billing managers.
• Audit employee expense reports per policy.
• Review account coding for freight invoices and obtain approvals.
• Download freight invoices from UPS and FedEx portals.
• Assist employees, vendors, clients with accounts, procedures, and services.
• Prepare month-end pre-close reporting for Alliance and Oracle.
• Audit cases and compile details for audit requests.
