Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• 2+ years accounts payable or related accounting experience; AR/billing/collections valued.
• Knowledge of basic accounting: invoices, payments, reconciliations.
• Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with GP or ERP; MAX or manufacturing systems a plus.
• Attention to detail, organization, sound judgment, deadline prioritization.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with vendors and colleagues.
• Manufacturing and multinational business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review AP data for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform three-way and two-way matching of POs, receipts, invoices.
• Research and resolve invoice, PO, pricing, quantity, and payment discrepancies.
• Prepare AP transactions and supporting docs for timely payments.
• Maintain vendor records, reconciliations, and files.
• Upload ACH and wire payments to banking system on time.
• Complete wire setup templates in banking portal.
• Support month-end activities, audits, and SOX controls as needed.
