Job summary

Qualifications

• Two+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Knowledge of invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred (Dynamics GP); manufacturing systems a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts payable, purchasing, receiving, and inventory data for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform three-way and two-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and other documents.
• Research and resolve invoice, PO, pricing, quantity, and payment discrepancies with vendors.
• Prepare accounts payable transactions and supporting documentation for accurate and timely payment processing.
• Maintain vendor records, payment documentation, reconciliations, and related files.
• Upload ACH and wire payments to the banking system accurately and on time.
• Monitor the AP inbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Support accounts receivable, month-end activities, audits, and Finance projects as needed.
