Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience, preferably AP/AR.
• Ability to work at Winona, MN office 2–3 days per week.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process accounts payable, royalty payments, ACH, checks, and AR refunds.
• Process payroll accurately and on deadlines.
• Record and reconcile customer payments, deposits, and petty cash.
• Maintain fixed asset documentation and corporate card records.
• Monitor receivables and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, including underpayments and overpayments.
• Issue invoices and process customer payments.
• Review and release pending orders with credit and payment requirements.
• Prepare monthly aged AR reports and assist with audits.
• Coordinate with CFO/Accounting Manager as needed.
