Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operations products, seeks an Account Representative in a Hybrid role for Delaware. You’ll enter a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge and develop skills to become a sales representative.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within the designated territory and maintain required insurance coverage minimums
• BYOD policy compliance for device usage
• Ability to review and sign Employment Agreement exhibits

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory and identify opportunities
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow the book of business
• Plan weekly activity to prioritize customer stops and territory growth
• Demonstrate and knowledgeably present products to show value and quality
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by following established programs and training
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems
